Q: Can I change my account type from Worker to Employer? A: Currently, the account type change feature is not yet available. You need to register a new account with a different email.
Q: What is the difference between Verified and Unverified employers? A: Employers who have completed business verification receive a “Verified” badge indicating that the business identity and legality have been confirmed. Workers trust verified employers more.
Q: What are the fees for employers? A: Employers are charged a Transaction Fee of 6% + Included in Transaction Fee + Protection Fund Contribution of 1% of the total salary per transaction. There are no other fees.
Q: Is there an exclusive contract? A: No. You are free to work for multiple employers simultaneously, as long as there is no schedule conflict.
