Welcome to Daily Worker Hub. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you (“You”, “User”) and Daily Worker Hub (“We”, “Platform”) governing the use of the platform and services we provide.
By registering, accessing, or using Daily Worker Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.
1. Definitions
1.1 Key Terms

| ”Security Deposit” | Third-party payment system that holds funds |
| ”Protection Fund” | Protection fund to handle disputes |
| ”Transaction” | Every hiring and payment through the platform |
2. Registration and Eligibility
2.1 User Eligibility
To register and use Daily Worker Hub, you must:

2.2 Account Registration

2.3 Account Types
Daily Worker Hub provides two account types:

Note: You cannot have both account types simultaneously with the same email.
3. Platform Usage
3.1 Usage License
Daily Worker Hub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You MUST NOT:

| Illegal activities | Using the platform for illegal activities |
| Misinformation | Spreading false information about the platform |
3.3 User-Generated Content

4. Transactions and Payments
4.1 Security Deposit System

| Fund Hold | Funds are held in the Security Deposit until the work is verified as complete |
| Release | Funds are released to the worker after the employer approves the work |

| Fees | Employer is charged a Transaction Fee of 6%, Included in 6% Transaction Fee, and Protection Fund Contribution of 1% |
4.2 Protection Fund

4.3 Off-Platform Transactions

| Prohibited | Workers and employers are PROHIBITED from making payments outside the platform |
| Consequences | Off-platform transactions are not protected by the Security Deposit System or Protection Fund |
| Violation | Violations may result in account suspension or deletion |
Warning: Any transaction conducted outside the platform is at your own risk. The platform is not responsible for losses arising from off-platform transactions.
4.4 Fund Withdrawal

6. Security and Verification

THE DAILY WORKER HUB PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The platform will always be available without interruption
- The platform will always be error or bug free
- Information on the platform is always accurate or complete
7.2 Limitation of Damages

8. Account Termination and Deactivation
8.1 Termination by User
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Withdrawing all available balances
- Completing all active transactions
- Contacting support to request deletion
8.2 Deactivation by Platform
We may deactivate or delete your account if:

8.3 Consequences of Deactivation

9. Changes to Terms
9.1 Right to Change
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by:
- Providing 14 days’ prior notice via email or platform notification
- Updating the “Effective Date”
- Updating the version on this page
9.2 Consent

12. Acceptance
By using Daily Worker Hub, you declare that you:

- Are legally competent to enter into this agreement
- Are not currently blocked or deactivated from the platform previously
- Agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
- Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
