Creating an Account

Daily Worker Hub provides two different account types — each designed for specific user needs. Before starting, make sure you choose the appropriate type:

Worker Registration Flow

If you are a daily worker looking for daily jobs, here are the steps to register:

Step 1: Visit the Registration Page

  1. Open the Daily Worker Hub app or visit the registration page
  2. Select the “Register as Worker” option
  3. Fill in the registration form with the following data:

Tips: Use an email you check frequently because the verification link will be sent to this email. Do not use a work email that may no longer be active if you leave a job.

Step 2: Email Verification

  1. After the form is successfully submitted, check your email inbox
  2. Look for an email from Daily Worker Hub with the subject “Verify Your Daily Worker Hub Account”
  3. Click the “Verify Account” button or link in the email
  4. You will be redirected back to the app with a notification that your account is verified

Email Verification Troubleshooting:

Step 3: Phone Number Verification (OTP)

  1. After email is verified, the system will request phone number verification
  2. Enter the OTP code sent via SMS to the number you registered
  3. The OTP code consists of 6 digits and is valid for 5 minutes
  4. If you don’t receive the OTP within 1 minute:
    • Make sure the phone number is correct and active
    • Wait 60 seconds before requesting a resend
    • Try the “Resend OTP” option if it still hasn’t arrived

Warning: The OTP code is sensitive information. Never share this code with anyone, including those claiming to be from the Daily Worker Hub team. Our team will never ask for your OTP.

Step 4: Identity Verification (KTP)

  1. Upload a photo of your original KTP (front and back) or take a photo directly through the app camera
  2. Make sure the photo is clear: NIK number, name, address, and face photo are clearly readable
  3. The system will verify within 1x24 business hours
  4. You will receive a notification via email and push notification once verification is complete

Step 5: Complete Your Profile

After all verifications are complete, fill in your profile:

Employer Registration Flow

If you are a hospitality business operator who needs daily workers, here are the steps to register:

Step 1: Visit the Registration Page

  1. Open the registration page
  2. Select the “Register as Employer” option
  3. Fill in the form with the following data:

Step 2: Email & OTP Verification

The email and OTP verification process for employers is exactly the same as for workers:

  1. Verify email via link in inbox
  2. Enter the 6-digit OTP code from SMS
  3. Follow the same instructions as steps 2 and 3 in the worker flow

Step 3: Business Verification

Business employers require additional verification to build trust with workers:

Business Verification Process:

  1. Upload the responsible person’s KTP photo (front and back)
  2. If available, upload NIB document or business license
  3. The Daily Worker Hub team will verify within 1-2 business days
  4. Verification status will be informed via email

Note: Business verification increases your credibility in the eyes of workers. Verified Employers receive a “Verified” badge that increases application acceptance rates by up to 40%.

Account Security Tips

Your account security is a top priority. Here are best practices you must and should implement:
