  • If your WiFi is unstable, use 4G mobile data for applying and chatting so you don’t miss job listings.
  • Save interesting job listings as bookmarks when your connection is good, so you can apply later offline and sync when online.
  • For video call interviews, ensure at least a 4G connection with strong signal.

6. Basic Preparation FAQ

Q: Can I register if I don’t have an NPWP yet? A: Yes. NPWP is not required for daily workers. Only KTP and a bank account are mandatory. NPWP is only needed if your monthly pay exceeds Rp 2,000,000 and the employer requests it.

Q: Do I need to have accounts at all banks (BCA, BRI, Mandiri)? A: No. Just one is sufficient. Choose the bank most easily accessible from where you live and make sure it’s activated for online transactions.

Q: Is a health certificate required for all positions? A: No. Only for F&B positions at certain employers. Check the job listing description to confirm. If the listing mentions “Health Certificate required”, only then do you need to provide it.

Q: Can I register using an old iPhone with iOS 12? A: Yes, as long as iOS 12.0+. However, it’s recommended to update to a newer version (iOS 15+) for the best experience and better security.

Q: Can I use a device other than a smartphone (e.g. tablet)? A: Yes. Daily Worker Hub can be accessed via browser on a tablet. However, push notifications may not be as reliable as on a smartphone. Our daily worker mobile app is currently optimized for smartphones.

Q: What if my KTP has already expired? A: Indonesian KTPs are valid for 10 years. If expired, you must renew it first at the sub-district office or the Population and Civil Registration Agency before you can verify on the platform.

Q: Can I use a foreign phone number for registration? A: Currently we only accept Indonesian phone numbers (+62). Have your active local number ready to receive OTP verification.
