Filters are key to finding the right job listings quickly. Use the following filters to narrow search results:

Job Search FAQ

Q: How many job listings can I apply to in a day? A: Unlimited. You can apply to all job listings that match your criteria and skills.

Q: Can I cancel an application after being Accepted? A: Yes, but it is highly recommended to avoid it. Canceling after being accepted will affect your rating and the employer may not accept you again.

Q: What if I don’t have hospitality experience? A: Many job listings are for entry-level positions. Prioritize applying to kitchen helper, waiter, or housekeeping positions. Experience is not required for entry-level positions.

Q: Can I see employer reviews before applying? A: The employer review feature is under development. For now, check the job listing description and ratings of other workers who have worked there as a reference.

Q: What should I do if the employer doesn’t verify after the work is completed? A: Wait 48 hours, then send a reminder message. If there is still no response after 72 hours, file a dispute through the “My Transactions” → “File Dispute” menu.

Q: What if the work location is different from what’s listed in the description? A: Ask the employer via chat before going. If the location is significantly different (e.g., listed as Seminyak but actually in Nusa Dua), you have the right to refuse and file a dispute.
